I was diagnosed with the flu. On the second day, my fever went up to 39°C. I wasn’t hungry and didn’t feel like doing anything, so I slept a lot.I also had to miss two days of classes.On the third day, my fever went down and I felt better. But I couldn’t leave my room because I didn’t want to give the flu to my family. It was really boring. I decided to watch some dramas. That day, I didn’t study and just watched dramas. I didn’t even take a nap.On the fourth day, I felt fine again, so I was really bored. I watched more dramas, but I also studied a little. I took a nap so I wouldn’t feel sick again. Even though I felt okay, it was hard to stay inside all the time. I ate a lot of snacks, oranges, and ice cream that my aunt bought for me. They were delicious.

I recently started a new part-time job. I work at an izakaya near my house. Since I just began, I am not used to the work yet, and sometimes I feel a little nervous. However, I really want to learn quickly and become more confident in what I do. The staff around me are kind, and they teach me many things, so I try my best to follow their advice and improve every day. I hope that, as time goes by, I can work more smoothly, handle customers better, and become someone the team can rely on. I know it will take some effort, but I am motivated to keep trying hard until I get fully used to my new job.
